We had an assignment in illustration class to take someone's story and turn it into two A3 comic pages. I took a story my grandpa told me from 1949~
Since its pretty late and im srsly busy with business, i really dont have power to translate... To make things short, They had a guy who always searched what to bet on. In here he was sure he will trick them all by going someowhere and back in a few hours ( 1949 Israel- not many cars ), taking lift with some trucks he knew about but... well, you can see in the drawing~

It was pretty fun to make and the teacher really loved it C:
