Kyubey you son of a bitch..

I srsly got into Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica (..way too long ) so unless you know the show, this thing will make no sense to you~

Watch the show, and you'll probably get it.
it's really obvious if you know the plot.

(also, she wielding an axe and fighting that beast is kinda the punchline.)

Kyuubey is evil... but he is so adorable xD I agree... Madoka Magica does seem like a cutesy salor moon type anime... but in reality it is no where close XD

In my opinion the anime is completely magical girl. It's just a deconstruction of the genre rather than playing it straight. XD And hey, at least your magical girl self got an awesome weapon! Just keep that soul gem purified! :la:

jaignioa. ahhh, i love this so much. xD my friend convinced me to watch Madoka a day before an anime convention we went to BECAUSE there was a Madoka panel. xD i spent the next night (about three hours of it) and the following morning (one hour) watching it and don't regret a thing. it was an amazing work, and very easy to get obsessed with... *clutches fan drawings tightly*

anyhow, about the actual piece. xD i simply love this so much~ the style, the idea and of course the Kyubei. and i think your reaction to the witches would be pretty similar to mine... xD very nice job~
