This picture got stuck in my head after i got into bed so i had to sketch it... and today i figure i should just color it to feel better with it |:I Still not too happy but thats what you get for drawing so late~

YEAH you can prolly guess who those kids belong to~
( HINT: ... its Mina the mongoose and Sonic... )

I dont have names for them but i figured the yellow boyish is 8, the other one is a year younger and the girl is 4 ( i know nothing about little kids and she is just cute with that pacifier ;; )
The whole family live in some lovely tree-house-thing when they are not running around the world because of their dad's ADHD

shes probably 2 0r 1. Most parents start weening thier kids off of thier pasy around that age and a 3 year old with a pasy ok for now but better get em off of it soon and a 4 year old with one you should start to worry. i am the oldest of 5 the youngest out of us is a little older than 1 1/2 so i know what i'm talking about.

Also, maybe she is more like 2 or 3? Right now my girlfriend's family is trying to ween her niece from the pacifier and she hasn't turned 2 yet. But maybe the girl in your picture sill has one as a character trait?
